What will we study and learn in this class?

Ninth grade English is crucial for a basic foundation in grammar, reading, writing and vocabulary skills. The skills learned in this class will help students prepare for AIMS, the PSAT, and the ACT. Since every class in high school requires students to read, write or acquire new vocabulary, it is important for students to pay attention and get the most out of this class. Not only will students become stronger readers and writers, but they will learn how to work well with others, evaluate information and think critically.
